The Restaurant Operations Manager sets the company culture for the entire staff. He/she upholds our authentic Peruvian recipes and maintains an incredible standard of customer service. 


  • Managing a team of cooks, servers, and delivery people; supervising the kitchen for quality control and health standards.
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of delivery orders from Seamless, Grubhub, Caviar and Postmates. 
  • You will be involved in all aspects of hiring and training for your branch.
  • Taking inventory and ordering FOH and BOH supplies/needs. 
  • Responsible for opening/closing the restaurant and register as well as accounting.


  • Experienced in Restaurant Management (please give references).
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish. 
  • Comfortable using or learning to use delivery app interfaces (Seamless, Grubhub, Caviar and Postmates)
  • Passionate about food.
  • A people-person that makes everyone who comes to your restaurant feel welcome. 
  • Great at multi-tasking! Proactive and calm under pressure.
  • DOH Certified.
