Our owner Franco Noriega is an entrepreneur who juggles restaurant management, talent recruitment, marketing, press relations, social media, all while planning constructions on new locations for a growing restaurant franchise. Franco needs a  Personal Assistant that can keep up with our fast-passed industry. You will work both one-on-one and remotely with Franco, meeting around 2 to 3 times a week. Discretion and confidentiality is key in this position. 


  • Bilingual, professional and smart. You can multi-task and prioritize. 
  • A people-person, many times you will be scheduling or following up with supplies, staff and press.
  • Organized: you can keep a calendar like nobody's business and don't forget the weekly tasks. 
  • Proactive: you're the type of person that anticipates problems and needs.
  • A problem-solver: when the unexpected happens, you think of ways to handle it.
